Making the choice to care for your mental health is a brave and admirable step. I believe therapy can provide a safe space to explore your inner thoughts and feelings, and help move you closer to self -awareness and self-compassion.  Using a client-centered approach, I hope to validate your experience as you share your story.

I hold a Masters of Education degree from Teachers College and am currently working towards my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. I have studied and trained in Psychoanalysis, Somatic Experiencing and Non-Violent communication, and have a particular interest in trauma healing modalities. I believe the body provides a source of wisdom and pacing in the therapeutic setting. I look forward to cocreating spaces of exploration and listening together.
