At Pam Skop wellness, we work collaboratively with our clients to create a warm, open, and trusting space. Our approach to therapy uses a mix of two evidence based therapeutic approaches: Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy. This means that we will work together to challenge negative thinking patterns, as well as explore where these thinking patterns may have developed and the impact that has had on your relationships and overall quality of life. In this work you will gain insight and create effective coping skills. We also work to create a  holistic approach to traditional talk therapy by utilizing the mind-body connection through our various trainings in yoga and meditation. Our areas of expertise include; eating disorders, challenging relationships to food and body, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma. We are LGBTQ+ allies and multicultural in our approach.
