Yoga

Pam is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
I completed my Vinyasa training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Studios in New York and my Prenatal training at the Prenatal Yoga Center. I have also studied trauma informed yoga through Three and a Half Acres Yoga and teach a wide array of classes from open-level vinyasa, to chair yoga, to children's and family sessions. As a therapist, I infuse my sessions with my understanding of the mind-body connection.
