FAQ's

Do you accept insurance?

Pam is an in network provider with United Health Care, Oxford, and Oscar insurance with limited spots available. 

 

Do you offer sliding scale?

Reach out to ask about sliding scale availability based off of financial need. 

 

What about out-of-network benefits?

Pam can work with you as an out-of-network provider.  While I cannot guarantee coverage, I will provide you with monthly superbills to submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement if you qualify through your plan. 

 

How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?

Call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health Out of Network Insurance Benefits?

  • Will CPT codes 90791 and 90834 be covered?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  •  What percentage will I be reimbursed when I meet my deductible?

  • Do my benefits cover telehealth sessions?

 

Do you offer free consultation calls?

Yes. I am available to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call prior to your first session.

 

What are your fees?

Fees will be discussed during your consultation call.

 

How often do you meet with clients?

We meet with clients 1-2 times per week depending on your individuals needs. In order for therapy to be most effective meeting regularly, at least one a week, is recommended.
